"You Can Tell the Universal Service Fund Story" won a 2006 Millennium Award. The project highlights the history and continuing needs of funding the program that helps rural areas get and maintain a telecommunications infrastructure. The client was the National Cable & Telecommunications Association. The project was edited by Creative Video's Nicole Mora who incorporated material from many existing projects into a new program. New introductory, transitional, and concluding stand ups with talent David Deboy were shot by Creative Video's DP, Peter Roof, with Kathi Overton doing sound.
