Creative Video Helps Remember the Life of a Notable DC Lobbyist

In mid October, Creative Video was contracted to help remember the life of Anne Wexler, a political power broker who founded the first Washington D.C. law firm led by a woman, who passed away August 7, 2009. The memorial service was held in the Eisenhower Theater of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. CVW projectionist Matthew Eidemiller projected a five minute 16x9 tribute video onto a 9 foot by 16 foot screen using an Eiki XT4 12,000 ANSI projector. Hundreds of attendees and speakers witnessed the video, including former President Bill Clinton. The service was also captured on tape by Creative Video cameraman Sean Hovan, and then later edited onto DVD copies which were distributed to family members. The two hour long memorial featured many speakers who knew Wexler throughout her life, including President Clinton. Wexler worked in the Carter White House Administration before starting her firm, and was a key lobbyist during the Clinton Administration. Some of her many clients included the Motion Picture Association of America, Comcast, the NFL, Aetna Insurance, Kelloggs and many more. This is just another example of how Creative Video can help add to any event.
