Creative Video of Washington prides itself on providing the best equipment and services at competitive pricing. We do not hide our prices, nor do we make them overly complicated. Our budgets are all line itemed. Where appropriate, half day and whole day rates are noted. We define a half-day as five consecutive hours portal to portal occurring in either the morning or afternoon/evening but not covering the middle of the day. This allows our freelancers the ability to accept other work in the morning or afternoon respectively. Our full day rate is for a ten-hour day portal to portal.
Our editing and creative time is charged on an hourly basis. There is a one-hour minimum unless otherwise noted. Editorial services include the basic equipment and the editor, except where noted. Videotape, CD or DVDs copies are additional. Any special equipment above and beyond the edit suites standard equipment will be added on a half day, whole day basis. The narration booth has a half hour minimum.
The Insert stage is rented on an hourly basis with a five-hour maximum charge between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00pm. A set up and strike charge is added to each rental. Creative Video equipment or the client’s equipment can be used and will be billed accordingly. The stage comes with a lighting grid with an assortment of soft and television lights and a six channel dimmer. It also has dedicated Air Conditioning.
Duplication is based on format, total running time and volume. Large quantities are quoted. All tape prices include a one third sleeve and a plastic case. CD and DVDs include a color printed label on the CD or DVD and a clear clamshell style case. Other case options are available and are quoted. |
